Scott A. Baker
Scott A. Baker is a Principal of Oak Hill Capital Partners and is responsible for investments in the Media & Telecom group. Before joining Oak Hill in 2002, he worked in the mergers and acquisitions group at Lazard Frères & Co. Mr. Baker earned a B.S. degree, with distinction, in Physics and a M.S. degree in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.


Harry L. Eichelberger
Harry L. Eichelberger is a Principal of Oak Hill Capital Partners and is responsible for investments in the Healthcare group. Prior to joining Oak Hill in 2003, he worked at JPMorgan in its financial sponsors group. Mr. Eichelberger earned a B.S. degree and a B.A. degree with high honors from the University of California, Berkeley.


Scott B. Kauffman
Scott B. Kauffman is a Principal of Oak Hill Capital Partners and is responsible for investments in the Business and Financial Services group. Before joining Oak Hill in 2009, he was a Managing Director at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in the financial institutions group. Mr. Kauffman earned a B.S. degree, summa cum laude, from Bryant College.


Kevin M. Mailender
Kevin M. Mailender is a Principal of Oak Hill Capital Partners and is responsible for investments in the Consumer, Retail & Distribution industry group. Prior to joining Oak Hill in 2002, he worked at Morgan Stanley in its mergers and acquisitions group. Mr. Mailender earned an A.B. degree, magna cum laude, from Harvard University.


David S. Scott
David S. Scott is a Principal of Oak Hill Capital Partners and is responsible for investments in the Technology group. Prior to joining Oak Hill in 2002, he worked at The Blackstone Group in its mergers and acquisitions group. Mr. Scott earned a B.S. degree and a B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania.


Michael J. Warren
Michael J. Warren is a Principal of Oak Hill Capital Partners and is responsible for investments in the Basic Industries group. Prior to joining Oak Hill in 2005, he worked at Palladium Equity Partners. Prior to joining Palladium, he worked at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette in the consolidating industries group. Mr. Warren earned a B.A. from Brown University.
