Ted V. Dardani
Ted V. Dardani is a Partner of Oak Hill Capital Partners and has been with the firm since 2002. He is responsible for originating, structuring, and managing investments in the Business and Financial Services group. Prior to joining Oak Hill, he worked at DB Capital Partners, the merchant banking group of Deutsche Bank, as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company and in the high-yield and emerging-growth companies groups at Merrill Lynch. Mr. Dardani earned a B.A. from Dartmouth College and a M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
Benjamin Diesbach
Benjamin Diesbach is a Partner of Oak Hill Capital Partners and has worked with the firm since 1987. He is responsible for originating, structuring, and managing investments in the firm's Media & Telecom group. He has been both an investment partner and operator in the media and telecommunications sector, and has held the role of CEO for both broadcasting and cable television companies. Prior to joining Oak Hill, Mr. Diesbach was Executive Vice President of Taft Broadcasting, where he was responsible for all cable television investments and operations. Before establishing the cable group at Taft, Mr. Diesbach was Vice President of Corporate Planning and Development. Prior to joining Taft, Mr. Diesbach was Executive Vice President and General Manager of Fabricon Automotive Products, a Detroit based OEM division of Eagle-Picher Industries. Mr. Diesbach received a B.A. degree from DePauw University and a M.B.A. from the University of Cincinnati.
Jonathan E. Friesel
Jonathan E. Friesel is a Partner of Oak Hill Capital Partners and has been with the firm since 1998. He is responsible for originating, structuring, and managing investments in the Media & Telecom group. Prior to joining Oak Hill, he worked at Lehman Brothers in its media and telecommunications group. Mr. Friesel earned a B.S. degree from Cornell University.
Michael S. Green
Michael S. Green is a Partner of Oak Hill Capital Partners and has been with the firm since 2000. He is responsible for originating, structuring, and managing investments in the Consumer, Retail & Distribution industry group. Prior to joining Oak Hill, he worked at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in the mergers and acquisitions group and principal investment area. Mr. Green earned an A.B. degree, cum laude, in Economics from Princeton University and a M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Douglas M. Kaden
Douglas M. Kaden is a Partner of Oak Hill Capital Partners and has been with the firm since 1997. He is responsible for originating, structuring, and managing investments in the Business and Financial Services group. Prior to joining Oak Hill, he worked at James D. Wolfensohn, Inc., a mergers and acquisitions advisory firm. Mr. Kaden earned an A.B. degree from Harvard University, an M. Phil from Cambridge University and a M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
John P. Malfettone
John P. Malfettone is a Partner, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Oak Hill Capital Partners and has been with the firm since 2004. He is responsible for finance, operations, business planning, the portfolio purchase program, and assisting investment teams in portfolio company financial matters. Prior to joining Oak Hill, Mr. Malfettone worked at General Electric Company serving numerous roles, including a Managing Director of GE's private equity business, a GE Capital Executive Vice President CFO, and the GE Capital Corporate Controller. In addition, he was the Executive Vice President and CFO for MacDermid Inc., a specialty chemical company. Prior to working at GE, Mr. Malfettone a partner at KPMG Peat Marwick. Mr. Malfettone earned a B.S. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Connecticut and is a Certified Public Accountant.
John R. Monsky
John R. Monsky is a Partner and General Counsel of Oak Hill Capital Partners and has been with the firm since 1993. He has senior responsibility for the structuring and legal aspects of the firm's acquisitions and divestitures. Mr. Monsky previously worked as a mergers and acquisitions attorney with Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. Mr. Monsky also served as Assistant Counsel to the United States Senate Select Committee investigating the Iran-Contra Affair and as a law clerk to the Honorable Thomas P. Griesa, Federal Judge, Southern District of New York. He earned a B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Yale University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
Robert L. Morse, Jr.
Robert L. Morse, Jr. is a Partner of Oak Hill Capital Partners and has been with the firm since 2001. He is responsible for originating, structuring, and managing investments in the Technology group. Prior to joining Oak Hill, he worked at GCC Investments, a growth private equity firm, as a financial analyst at Morgan Stanley Capital Partners and at Loudcloud, Inc., an internet infrastructure provider. Mr. Morse earned a B.S.E. degree, summa cum laude, in Civil Engineering and Operations Research from Princeton University and a M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar.
William J. Pade
William J. Pade is a Partner of Oak Hill Capital Partners and has been with the firm since 2004. He is responsible for originating, structuring, and managing investments in the Technology group. Prior to joining Oak Hill, he spent 26 years at McKinsey & Company, where he was most recently a Director and the Managing Partner of McKinsey's Silicon Valley office. Prior to that, Mr. Pade was based in London, where he led McKinsey's high technology and telecom practice in Europe. He earned a B.A. degree, cum laude, from Harvard College and a M.B.A., with distinction, from Harvard Business School.
Charles B. Patton
Charles B. Patton is a Partner of Oak Hill Capital Partners and has been with the firm since 2001. He is responsible for originating, structuring, and managing investments in the Healthcare group. Prior to joining Oak Hill, he was a Vice President with Morgan Stanley Capital Partners. Mr. Patton also worked in Morgan Stanley's Mergers, Acquisitions and Restructuring and Private Investment departments. Mr. Patton earned a B.S. degree from the University of California, Berkeley and a M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
Rowan G. P. Taylor
Rowan G. P. Taylor is a Partner of Oak Hill Capital Partners and has been with the firm since 1999. He is responsible for originating, structuring, and managing investments in the Basic Industries group. Prior to joining Oak Hill, he was a Principal and founding member of The Clipper Group, L.P. and its successor, Monitor Clipper Partners, Inc. Prior to joining Clipper in 1991, Mr. Taylor was a Financial Analyst in the merchant banking group of Credit Suisse First Boston, Inc. He earned a B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Washington and Lee University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
Tyler J. Wolfram
Tyler J. Wolfram is a Partner of Oak Hill Capital Partners and has been with the firm since 2001. He is a member of the Investment Committee and heads the Consumer, Retail & Distribution group. Prior to joining Oak Hill, he was a Managing Director at Cornerstone Equity Investors. Prior to that, Mr. Wolfram was a Vice President in the high yield group of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. He earned an A.B. degree from Brown University and a M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
