Scott A. Baker
Scott A. Baker is a Partner of Oak Hill Capital Partners and has been part of the firm since 2002. Mr. Baker is responsible for originating, structuring, and managing investments for the firmís Media & Communications group. Prior to joining Oak Hill, he was a member of the mergers and acquisitions group at Lazard FrŤres & Co. Mr. Baker earned a B.S. degree, with distinction, from Stanford University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and an M.S. degree in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University, where he was named the Outstanding Graduate.


Brian N. Cherry
Brian N. Cherry is a Partner of Oak Hill Capital Partners and has been part of the firm since 2014. Mr. Cherry is responsible for originating, structuring, and managing investments for the firmís Industrials group. Prior to joining Oak Hill, he was a Senior Managing Director at J.H. Whitney & Co., LLC. Prior to that, he was a member of the merchant banking group at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Inc. Mr. Cherry earned an A.B. degree from Princeton University and an M.B.A. degree from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.


Benjamin Diesbach
Benjamin Diesbach is a Partner of Oak Hill Capital Partners and has been part of the firm since 1987. Mr. Diesbach is responsible for originating, structuring, and managing investments for the firmís Media & Communications group. Prior to joining Oak Hill, he was an Executive Vice President at The Taft Broadcasting Company. Mr. Diesbach earned a B.A. degree from DePauw University and an M.B.A. degree from the University of Cincinnati.


Jonathan E. Friesel
Jonathan E. Friesel is a Partner of Oak Hill Capital Partners and has been part of the firm since 1998. Mr. Friesel is responsible for originating, structuring, and managing investments for the firmís Services and Media & Communications groups. Prior to joining Oak Hill, he was a member of the media and telecommunications group at Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. Mr. Friesel earned a B.S. degree from Cornell University.


Stratton R. Heath, III
Stratton R. Heath, III is a Partner of Oak Hill Capital Partners and has been part of the firm since 2002. Mr. Heath is responsible for structuring and managing the firmís Capital Markets activities. He also serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Keystone Group, L.P., an affiliate of Robert M. Bass. Prior to joining Oak Hill, he had a 15-year banking career with The Bank of New York Company, Inc. and affiliates thereof that included founding and managing a sponsor-leveraged finance business and a private equity and mezzanine principal investment business. Mr. Heath earned a B.S. degree, magna cum laude, from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder and an M.B.A. degree from the Columbia Business School, where he received the Award for Excellence.


Scott B. Kauffman
Scott B. Kauffman is a Partner of Oak Hill Capital Partners and has been part of the firm since 2009. Mr. Kauffman is responsible for originating, structuring, and managing investments for the firmís Services group. Prior to joining Oak Hill, he was a Managing Director at The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. Mr. Kauffman earned a B.S. degree, summa cum laude, from Bryant College and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.


Kevin M. Mailender
Kevin M. Mailender is a Partner of Oak Hill Capital Partners and has been part of the firm since 2002. Mr. Mailender is responsible for originating, structuring, and managing investments for the firmís Consumer, Retail & Distribution group. Prior to joining Oak Hill, he was a member of the mergers and acquisitions group at Morgan Stanley. Mr. Mailender earned an A.B. degree, magna cum laude, from Harvard University.


John R. Monsky
John R. Monsky is a Partner and General Counsel of Oak Hill Capital Partners and has been part of the firm since 1993. Mr. Monsky has senior responsibility for the structuring and legal aspects of the firmís acquisitions and divestitures. In addition, he provides legal advice to Oak Hill. Prior to joining Oak Hill, he was a mergers and acquisitions attorney at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. Prior to that, he was Assistant Counsel to the United States Senate Select Committee investigating the Iran-Contra Affair and a law clerk to the Hon. Thomas P. Griesa, Federal Judge, Southern District of New York. Mr. Monsky earned a B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Yale University and a J.D. degree from Harvard Law School.


William J. Pade
William J. Pade is a Partner of Oak Hill Capital Partners and has been part of the firm since 2004. Mr. Pade is responsible for originating, structuring, and managing investments for the firmís Services group. Prior to joining Oak Hill, he was a Director and Managing Partner at McKinsey & Company. Mr. Pade earned an A.B. degree, cum laude, from Harvard University and an M.B.A. degree, with distinction, from Harvard Business School.


Steven G. Puccinelli
Steven G. Puccinelli is a Partner of Oak Hill Capital Partners and has been part of the firm since 2015. Mr. Puccinelli is responsible for originating, structuring, and managing investments for the firmís Services group. Prior to joining Oak Hill, he was Head of Private Equity for North America and Europe at Investcorp International, Inc. Prior to that, he spent 15 years at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Inc. in several positions, most recently as Managing Director and Head of the Retail and Consumer Industry Group. Mr. Puccinelli earned a B.S. degree from the University of California, Berkeley and an M.B.A. degree from Harvard Business School.


David S. Scott
David S. Scott is a Partner of Oak Hill Capital Partners and has been part of the firm since 2002. Mr. Scott is responsible for originating, structuring, and managing investments for the firmís Services group. Prior to joining Oak Hill, he was a member of the mergers and acquisitions group at The Blackstone Group L.P. Mr. Scott earned a B.S. degree and a B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Benjamin Franklin Scholar and a Joseph Wharton Scholar.
