John P. Malfettone is a Partner, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Oak Hill Capital Partners and is responsible for finance, operations, compliance, human resources, administration, information technology, and business planning. In addition, Mr. Malfettone provides assistance to the Oak Hill investment team in managing portfolio company financial and business matters. Prior to joining Oak Hill in 2004, Mr. Malfettone worked at General Electric Co. serving numerous roles, including a Managing Director of GE's private equity business, a GE Capital Executive Vice President Chief Financial Officer, and a GE Capital Corporate Controller. In addition, he was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for MacDermid Inc., a specialty chemical company. Prior to working at GE, Mr. Malfettone was with the accounting and audit firm, KPMG Peat Marwick, where he was promoted to partner in 1988. Mr. Malfettone earned a B.S. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Connecticut and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Ray L. Pinson is the Chief Financial Officer of Oak Hill Capital Partners. He has worked with Mr. Bass or Oak Hill since 1990. Mr. Pinson was formerly Senior Vice President of Keystone Holdings, Inc. during the time it served as the holding company for American Savings Bank, F.A. Mr. Pinson earned a B.B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Abilene Christian University, is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Douglas A. Vaughn serves as Controller of Oak Hill Capital Partners. Prior to joining Oak Hill in 1999, he worked for The  Western Company of North America and KPMG. Mr. Vaughn is a Certified Public Accountant and earned a B.B.A. Accounting degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Texas at Arlington.
