Jon Zagrodzky is Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Oak Hill Capital Partners and is responsible for finance, operations, human resources, administration, information technology, and business planning. Prior to joining Oak Hill in 2010, Mr. Zagrodzky worked at McKinsey & Company as a consultant in the energy business and in multiple internal management roles. Mr. Zagrodzky earned a B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Washington & Lee University and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Shawn G. Hessing serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Oak Hill Capital Partners. Prior to joining Oak Hill, Mr. Hessing worked at KPMG, most recently as the National Managing Partner of Private Equity for KPMG's New York, NY and Fort Worth, TX offices. Previously at KPMG, he held multiple roles including the Audit Partner-in-Charge of Private Equity and a Managing Partner in the firm's Fort Worth, TX office. Prior to KPMG, Mr. Hessing was the Chief Financial Officer of Centennial Savings Bank, the Controller of Olney Savings Bank and a Staff Accountant at Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co. Mr. Hessing earned a BBA degree in Accounting from Midwestern State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Douglas A. Vaughn serves as Controller of Oak Hill Capital Partners. Prior to joining Oak Hill in 1999, he worked for The  Western Company of North America and KPMG. Mr. Vaughn is a Certified Public Accountant and earned a B.B.A. Accounting degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Texas at Arlington.
