John R. Monsky is a Partner and General Counsel of Oak Hill Capital Partners and has been with the firm since 1993. He has senior responsibility for the structuring and legal aspects of the firm's acquisitions and divestitures. Mr. Monsky previously worked as a mergers and acquisitions attorney with Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. Mr. Monsky also served as Assistant Counsel to the United States Senate Select Committee investigating the Iran-Contra Affair and as a law clerk to the Honorable Thomas P. Griesa, Federal Judge, Southern District of New York. He earned a B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Yale University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.

Allison S. Bernbach serves as Associate General Counsel and compliance officer of Oak Hill Capital Partners. Prior to joining Oak Hill Capital Partners in 2006, Ms. Bernbach worked as a Corporate Counsel at Fischer Francis Trees & Watts and as a Vice President and Counsel at Alliance Capital Management and as litigation associate at Seward Kissel, LLP. Ms. Bernbach earned a B.A. from Binghamton University, where she was elected Phi Beta Kappa, and a J.D from the New York University School of Law.

Gardenia P. Cucci serves as Associate General Counsel of Oak Hill Capital Partners. Prior to joining Oak Hill Capital Partners in 2007, Ms. Cucci worked as a Senior Associate in the aviation industry practice at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP and as an Associate at Lord, Bissel & Brook LLP. Ms. Cucci earned a B.A. from Franklin & Marshall College and a J.D from New York Law School.
