Jeffrey M. Mills is a Principal of Oak Hill Capital Partners and is the head of investor relations. Prior to joining Oak Hill in 2007, Mr. Mills worked at Probitas Partners, where he was a Principal working with its placement and liquidity management groups. Prior to that, Mr. Mills worked as a Group Manager at Siebel Systems, Inc. and served in various roles in the U.S. Army from 1992 to 1999 including Company Commander. Mr. Mills earned an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and a B.S. degree from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.

Lorie P. Coulombe is a Vice President of Oak Hill Capital Partners and is responsible for investor relations. Prior to joining Oak Hill in 2011, Ms. Coulombe worked at Time Warner Inc., where she was the Executive Director of Investor Relations. Prior to that, Ms. Coulombe worked at HBO in various roles in Sales & Marketing and Finance. Ms. Coulombe earned an M.B.A. from the New York University Stern School of Business and a B.A. degree from Vassar College.
