Jeffrey M. Mills is a Principal of Oak Hill Capital Partners and is the head of investor relations. Prior to joining Oak Hill in 2007, Mr. Mills worked at Probitas Partners, where he was a Principal working with its placement and liquidity management groups. Prior to that, Mr. Mills worked as a Group Manager at Siebel Systems, Inc. and served in various roles in the U.S. Army from 1992 to 1999 including Company Commander. Mr. Mills earned an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and a B.S. degree from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.

Patricia S. Grad is a Vice President of Oak Hill Capital Partners and is responsible for investor relations. Prior to joining Oak Hill Capital in 2004, Ms. Grad worked in alternative investments at JPMorgan's Private Bank. Ms. Grad has also worked at JPMorgan Partners, the former direct investing arm of JPMorgan, and Cambridge Associates, where she worked on the private equity research team. Ms. Grad holds a B.A. with honors from Wesleyan University.
