Paul Barton
Paul Barton serves as a consultant with respect to companies in the Basic Industries industry sector. Mr. Barton is an Aviation Investment Specialist whose primary focus is on trading and lease opportunities in the commercial aircraft industry. He is a founding Director of Avolon Aerospace Leasing Ltd, a newly formed commercial aircraft leasing company based in Dublin, Ireland with subsidiary offices in Hong Kong and Connecticut, USA. Prior to partnering with Oak Hill Capital, Mr. Barton was an officer of GE Capital where he was Managing Director of GECAS Ltd, responsible for Europe, Middle East and Africa. Mr. Barton began his career in aircraft leasing in GPA Group during 1985 where he was based in Ireland and Hong Kong before joining GE Capital in 1993.


Art Collins
Art Collins serves as a consultant with respect to companies in the Healthcare and the Business & Financial Services sectors. He is the retired chairman of Medtronic, Inc. and formerly served as Medtronic’s President and CEO. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of The Boeing Company, Cargill, Inc. and U.S. Bancorp, and he is a member of the Board of Overseers of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and the Board of Visitors for the Farmer School of Business at Miami University. He received a B.S. degree and a Doctor of Laws honorary degree at Miami University in Oxford, OH. Mr. Collins also holds an M.B.A. degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.


Jeff Epstein
Jeff Epstein serves as a consultant with respect to companies in the Technology sector. Formerly he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Oracle. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Priceline.com, where he serves on the Audit and Compensation Committees, a member of the Audit and Compliance Committee of the Stanford University Hospital, and a member of the Management Board of the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Previously, Mr. Epstein was Chief Financial Officer of several public and private companies, including DoubleClick, King World Productions, Advo, and Nielsen’s Media Measurement and Information Group. Earlier in his career, he was a merger and acquisition investment banker at The First Boston Corporation. He has an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar, and a BA from Yale College, where he graduated summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa.


David Jones
David Jones serves as a consultant with respect to companies in the Consumer Products and Retail sector. Formerly he served as the Chairman and CEO of Spectrum Brands, Inc., a $2.5 billion publicly traded consumer products company with operations in 120 countries worldwide and whose brand names include Rayovac, Varta, Remington, Cutter and Tetra. Prior to that, Mr. Jones was the Chairman and CEO of Rayovac Corporation (the predecessor to Spectrum Brands), a $1.4 billion publicly traded global consumer products company with major product offerings in batteries, portable lighting and shaving and grooming categories. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Pentair, Inc. and Simmons Bedding Company.


Dr. Kenneth Kin
Dr. Kenneth Kin serves as a consultant with respect to companies in the Technology sector. He is currently a Professor and Associate Dean of the College of Technology Management, National Tsing Hua University, Hsinchu, Taiwan responsible for the MBA and EMBA programs and Executive Development Program. Dr. Kin retired from Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) on December 31, 2008 where he was Senior Vice President responsible for global Sales, Services and Marketing from 2001 to 2008. Prior to joining TSMC, he was Vice President, Worldwide Sales and Services of IBM Microelectronics based in Waltham, Massachusetts, USA, responsible for worldwide sales and services of all IBM microelectronics products and services. He also serves on the Board of Directors for two U.S. based semiconductor companies, SMSC and SVTC. Dr. Kin graduated with a Ph.D. degree and an M.S. degree in Nuclear Engineering and Applied Physics from Columbia University in New York, and a B.S. degree from National Tsing Hua University in Taiwan.


Alan Lacy
Alan Lacy serves as a consultant with respect to companies in the Consumer Products and Retail sector. Formerly he served as Vice Chairman and CEO of Sears Holdings Corporation and Chairman and CEO of Sears Roebuck and Co. Prior to that, he was employed in a number of executive level positions at major retail and consumer products companies, including Sears, Kraft, Philip Morris and Minnetonka Corporation. He currently serves on the Board of Directors at Bristol-Myers Squibb Company and The Western Union Company and is a Trustee of Fidelity Funds.


Mark Pacala
Mark Pacala serves as a consultant with respect to companies in the Healthcare sector. Formerly he served as CEO of American WholeHealth and as General Partner at Essex Woodlands. Prior to that, he served as the CEO of Forum Group, a public senior housing and healthcare company and as a Senior Vice President and General Manager at the Walt Disney Company, where he founded the Disney Vacation Club. Mr. Pacala holds a Bachelor of Arts from Hamilton College, where he graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He presently serves on the Board of Directors of Physician Oncology Services.
